I have waited several months before writing a review because I wanted to be as informative as possible. If your loved one stays here, I would like to tell you what to expect. Upon check-in, staff will not explain protocols to you - that will be up to you to figure out. Westhaven does not have voicemail or an answering machine. Most calls will go unanswered, including calls from doctors. Staff is incompetent, but will not steal a whole lot. Sometimes items will go missing but I guess that's expected. Saw no signs of physical abuse, but there is quite a bit of neglect and incompetence. Multiple cardioligist visits were missed, and if it were not for me reminding Westhaven, they would have missed more appointments. My mother arrived at Westhaven in September 2025 and passed away due to their negligence March 2026. She died of sepsis and nobody at Westhaven bothered to report her lack of bowel movements. Kim the business manager gives off sketchy vibes and is likely ripping off the place - totally dishonest and lies to your face. Now that my mother passed away, they send me letters once a week with threats to hold me responsible for my mother's balance. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.
