They do not even deserve one star! Emergency removed my grandfather from this hell hole this morning. Almost like a prison break! He called from his personal cell begging for help because he was slouched in a wheel chair unable to sit up because he has no strength. Just had surgery on abdomen and was yelling in pain. They ignored him. So we went to help him. They claimed he was non weight barring and could not sit on toilet (they just did not want to help put him on the toilet) but had him sitting in a wheel chair for hours. Eyes had so much GUNK he couldnt see. So much mucus over his eyes it was starting to dry and scab. Didn't even try to clean his eyes. Couldn't even talk mouth was so dry it was scabbed over. Completely dismissed by nurse and our concerns were mocked. Nurse said to another that we were throwing "a hissy fit". So he will Not be returning and a call has been made to OSDH. Do not send your loved one here. And if you have a loved one there. go get them!

We sent my mother there as a last chance place to get her strength up. I got a call each morning. They said she had fallen. I asked that they take measures to make sure it didn't happen again. I was told they couldn't restrain her. I asked that they would watch her to make sure it didn't happen again. I was told they would have to contact the administrator. This place is an absolute scandal. A nightmare. I am an expert Google reviewer. Someone said they wouldn't send their dog there. I have no dog, but I completely agree. They kept my mother in the same clothes for three days. This is a real-time review. We have mom picked up and headed home. My mother is a pillar of the Stillwater community, and she deserves better. I have more from the prior day to report. Let this sink in first. I have several family members who are involved with this. I would like a verification of what I have indicated. I have one more thing. Several of their employees are caring people. I think some individuals are genuinely interested in helping. They are either understaffed or under poor management. Someone needs to call the health department. To get a response, I had to get assertive. Update. My cousin broke her leg. They would not give her prescription medication and kept it. She lasted only one day there before being transferred for home care. This place should be investigated.

If you don't like your job then go home do better. you get payed to do your job so do it and stop being rude to people's family that come see them in the nursing home when family ask something don't be a smart but to them cause we pay for are family to be in Stillwater Creek I care about my mother she is in there to get better and to have people that treat her family like they don't care isn't ok have a heart and stop being so hateful believe me I'm not the one if that was your parent in that place you would feel the same way I do. To have my mom always talk to us and cry because the way some of you workers treat her and when me and my mom's grand daughter ask questions and to get talk to the way some of you people talk to us isn't ok so do your job right and if you can't believe me I will take it to the news and let the world know how people are getting treated in that place

Where do I start??? I can say this- This isn't a place for a loved one to be cared for. It's a place you send someone to die. The most recent 5-star reviews have to be from friends of staff. My loved one were there for rehab to build up their strength and the level of care they received was disgusting. Flat out they should be ashamed of themselves for allowing people to live like that. 1st- They don't answer the phone and if and when they do no one will call you back. 2nd- my loved one stayed in their clothes day in and out for 4 days. No shower or personal hygiene was administered. Her bag wasn't even unpacked or gone threw. 3rd- people are left unattended for hours and I mean half days without checking in. I sat in her room for close to 8 hours one day and I had to hunt down someone to help with her with going to the restroom and such. They should be checking on their patients regularly. 4th- She fell out of her chair due to the lack of oversight and when asked if they could watch her closer, the response was let me speak to administration. Seems like a simple fix. 5th- We tried for over 2 days to get her transferred to a more pleasant facility and were told it was in the works and they were waiting on a doctor for evaluation. Surprise! he never showed up. 6th- this place is understaffed. They can't tell me otherwise even though I was told by the administration they were fully staffed.It's either understaffed or poor management your choice. Either way,y they have a personnel issue. The famous phrase was "I only work 2 days a week or one day a week." There just aren't enough people to go around for the number of patients they have on hand or people who are there long enough to care. And this is a BIG issue. 7th- The SMELL! This place smells like urine. The urine-soaked air is a health hazard. Someone should call the Health Department or Ombudsman. 8- I watched several staff members bring their children to work and set them in the lobby to hang out. This isn't a daycare for children nor should they be a distraction for the employees who can't fully conduct their job duties without them there.

I would give this nursing home 100 stars if I could! My mom was treated like a Queen and could not have had better care. The aids and nurses are attentive and so kind and thoughtful. I would recommend this place to anyone!
