We allow them to take care of are loved ones and the fail to. My mom is on a ventilator because yall chose to hide the truth about my mother being ok. The administration does not call you back they ignore you. Putting your loved one is a death sentence. They do not follow the families wishes all they care about is being paid money.

Me and husband went to this nursing home to grab my great grandma in law belongings. 5 young night shift nurses were all in group together with no masks on while being close to each other on the covid floor. They didn’t want to help us get our grandma stuff after we asked for help and the lady told us that she would get us help to grab the belongings but just stood there. We finally got it after a nice front desk lady that just came up to the front helped us out. Note: When we showed up to grab the belongings there was nurse (that was on covid floor) talking to family members with no mask, leading into the car. She was the first person we asked for help but she just completely ignored us and walked away. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. This place is horrible.

Do not take anyone to these people! My grandma was in their care and now is in the hospital on her death bed. Not before she had black eye and bruises on her! We were told she fell but given 3 Different stories! And then less then 3 days she falls again and we were told she was trying to set up and fell off the bed but she can not physical do that! When we went to visit her she would put her call light on to go to the bathroom and nobody would come and it would take one us to go up there to get them to do it! Also overheard nasty comments being made

These other negative reviews are true. The facility is under staffed, there is no sense of urgency when your loved one needs help to the restroom or has been sitting for hours in a soiled diaper. If you have other options, please choose any other but this place. Very sad and unfortunate if you have to leave your loved one here.

My mother in law has been at this facility since January 8th. She has only gotten 1 shower and that was only given after we complained to the staff. She has been left to sit in urine for hours. It takes the staff at minimum 45 minutes to answer her call light. She is there for physical therapy due to hip surgery. This means she is a fall risk. They have left her alone on the bedside comode for an hour without checking on her. They have left dirty linen on the floor in her room. They do not empty the bedside comode unless she or we ask them to. The staff is disrespectful and rude to her. My wife and I have recieved several phone calls from her in tears, due to the treatment she is recieving from their staff. Their statements that they are under staffed is not an acceptable excuse for the neglect and disrespectful treatment of the residence.
