Small one bedroom apartment. Decent sized bathroom. Kitchen/livingroom. 4 apts to each single story bldg. Easy to know your neighbors. Firehouse #1 is close by as an added plus!

This little community is a blessing to my Mother. She feels safe and has friendly neighbors. The residents have their own little place within Stillwater. The current management is amazing! They are on top of everything and get things done right. Another key point for seniors looking for affordable housing in a college run town. One road in and out, and right across from the fire station so safety and security are literally a step away. I give it an A PLUS +!

We loved our grandma into this complex, it’s very quiet and nice community for seniors. The best in Stillwater, OK.
