We live in Ponca City, Oklahoma- about 40 miles north of the Cornerstone Stillwater, Oklahoma location. Cornerstone has tried to supply qualified caregivers for my wife who is a dementia patient. She is currently a hospice patient. Her care requirements are difficult and complex.<br>Cornerstone has supplied two very capable and compassionate cateegivers. The y have supplied caregivers to the best of their ability, and almost never left us without someomne to assist with my wife's care. Of course, some caregivers have been better than others.<br><br>They were there when no other caregiving organization was available to us.. Their recent rate increase placed them outside our budget constraints, so we cancelled our service. We did not qualify for any discount or Government subsidies.<br><br>Anyway, they perform a difficult service to the best of their abilities. We wish them well, and are appreciative of the services they rendered in our time of need.

We are so grateful for the incredible care and compassion shown by the team at Cornerstone. During a time when our family needed extra support, they stepped in with professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for our mother’s well-being. Their caregivers assisted with daily tasks like meals, medications, bathing, and even managing bills—always treating her with dignity and respect. It gave our family such peace of mind knowing she was in capable and caring hands. Many times we had to make quick decisions with little notice (like transitioning to or from the hospital), and Cornerstone was extremely flexible throughout the process. Some of the decisions we were faced with became challenging to balance our mother‘s wishes with realistic timelines and expectations. Kristi and her team listened to our concerns and were always willing to work with us to do the right thing for our mom. Thank you, Cornerstone, for going above and beyond. Your work truly makes a difference, and we will always be thankful.

Cornerstone Caregiving has been such a gift to our family. Their caregivers and administration truly take the time to know our parents and anticipate what they need. They handle day-to-day care with skill and consistency, bringing real relief to our family. At the same time, they support mental well-being and protect our parents’ dignity at all times. They show up with kindness and bring real joy into our parents’ days. Knowing they’re backed by a caring, organized team gives us genuine peace of mind. This is the second time I've tried to work with these people and I'm not sure who decided to train these people but I'm beyond done with the hateful attitudes. I have explained to the scheduler and the hiring manager twice now that I have more than one job and that I have to balance both. So why exactly was it that when I explained to the scheduling manager that I was going to have to put in my two weeks due to circumstances beyond my control, I got the snarkiest reply back? I am more than capable of understanding that the people that Cornerstone serves needs people to care for them. But when I'm giving Cornerstone FORTY-EIGHT HOURS in advance to find someone else? That's not on me. That's on Cornerstone. When someone says that it is beyond their control that generally means there's nothing they can do to change what's happened. Cornerstone, please train your managers so that they understand their workers have lives too.
