From the moment I arrived at Westerville Post Acute Nursing Home, I was treated with more dignity, respect, and genuine kindness than I’ve ever experienced in a medical setting, other then Mount Carmel St. Ann's Hospital. Both medical facilities are top notch in my book.

I came in for rehabilitation after a busted right hip, and every single person — Administration, Social Services, Rehab, Nurses, Kitchen Staff and even Housekeeping — treated me like royalty. They didn’t just care for me; they cared about me.

I received top‑tier medical care and more tender loving care than I ever expected. The food was good enough that I ate everything on my tray, every time. Most importantly, everyone knew I was homeless — and unlike other facilities where I’ve been treated badly, WPA never once made me feel less than human. They welcomed me, respected me, and supported me with compassion that I will never forget.

To all the incredible employees, and to the amazing patients I became friends with: from the bottom of my feet to the pointed top of my head, thank you. You gave me safety, healing, and dignity when I needed it most. May every one of you be blessed with wonderful lives.
— tjb
