We have a new administrator named Lauren and she is very good. She seems to interact more with people here than patients or people who live here and the director of nursing is Jon and the unit manager is Brian and they are both very good. I have butt heads with them both on different occasions, but we’re always able to work things through and still smiled each other and enjoy life together so all in all I would say give this a good rating not perfect no where is but in general you’ve have a sense that you’re cared for it’s easy to get to know other people we have a very interesting maintenance guy Sean who’s got a really interesting sense of humour and he’s just fun and he seems to nobody doing when it comes to fixing things fixed my air-conditioning in my room really quick and one time my television has issues within five minutes he gave me a different remote and things worked better so that was good but basically things went well and I would recommend this place to people who need either short-term or long-term care
