I think Westbrook is an amazing community. The leadership team is very compassionate, consistent and caring which trickles down to all the staff. The residents are well supported and happy! I highly recommend!

One thing I truly admire here is the beautiful sense of community, where assisted living and independent living residents come together to share meals and activities, fostering a spirit of inclusivity found in few places. The staff radiates kindness and compassion, creating an environment where everyone feels valued. Current residents generously extend their time and support to newcomers, helping them navigate their new home. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, filled with residents who genuinely care for one another. Moreover, the activities and outings are not just enjoyable; they are vibrant celebrations of life and connection

When my mom was diagnosed with cognitive impairment, my family and I knew that my mom needed to move to assisted living. We visited a few senior living facilities but Westbrook stood out because it has an upbeat decor and vibe, and not a gloomy atmosphere like the other places we checked out. The Westbrook staff has helped tremendously with my mom’s progression from assisted living to memory care. It has obviously been difficult to see my mom decline from Alzheimer’s and aphasia but knowing that my mom is extremely well taken care of has given my family some peace. My mom is always dressed and clean. My mom is comfortable. Her room is always clean. There are daily activities in MC. It is not just leave the residents to watch tv all day. The amazing staff is always interacting with the residents. There are many staff members who have worked at Westbrook for years. I think that says a lot about how Westbrook is managed and the culture. Throughout this journey the staff has become like family to us. We trust their care with my mom. I highly recommend Westbrook and my family feels blessed for their care.

Westbrook Senior Living located in Streamwood, IL is a great choice for you and your loved ones to live. I am an entertainer and have seen the high level of care given to the residents on a daily basis. The many activities offered from their engaging staff including life enrichment director Angela Johnson makes a clear and compelling point to make everyone feel visible and part of this fun active community.
