⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br><br>Finding the right place for my sister, who has Alzheimer’s, was very important to me. I wanted somewhere that felt more like a home than a facility, and I am so thankful we found Westbrook Assisted Living & Memory Care in Upper Sandusky.<br><br>Her apartment is wonderful. It feels like a small home, with a living room, a little kitchen area with a table, a bedroom, and a nice-sized bathroom. Having her own comfortable space makes such a difference.<br><br>What really stands out to me, though, is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, kind, and caring. They truly look out for the residents, and knowing that gives our family such peace of mind. I can see that they genuinely care about the people they are taking care of.<br><br>The activities director is absolutely wonderful! He keeps the residents busy and engaged every single day. They go out to restaurants a couple of times a month, go fishing, visit the park, and enjoy other outings. When they aren't going on trips, there are games, movies, exercises, and many other activities. His calendar is always full, and it is wonderful to see how much thought and effort he puts into keeping everyone involved and happy. The facility also hosts special events, which makes it feel even more like a community.<br><br>Most importantly, my sister is happy there, and I know she is well taken care of. That means more to me than I can put into words.<br><br>Thank you to everyone at Westbrook for being so caring, compassionate, and dedicated to your residents. We are truly grateful to have found such a wonderful place for my sister. ❤️
