I can't begin to name everyone who works at Orchard Park, but i dont have any complaints about any of them. They are like family and treat our parents like family. There is no way my sisters and I can take care of our parents full time the way they do.

My mother-in-law has only been a resident for about a month at a Orchard Park but so far so good. My initial visit when we were searching for a facility was very thorough. The staff person (I forget her name) took me on a guided tour, showing me 2 rooms being readied for occupancy along with the rest of the facility. It was at this time I met Matt the maintenance man. Super friendly guy and from what I saw a hard worker. My wife and I both came out the following day to see about getting her mom admitted. We met with Vicky, the administrator. She was very knowledgable and patient in explaining everything to us even though doing so kept her there way past her normal quitting time. We feel comfortable with choosing Orchard Park for Dorthy. Although she is still adjusting to her situation we feel Dorthy's care at Orchard Park is good. We have taken the opportunity to talk to some long term residents during our visits out there. 2 ladies in particular said they "love" it there! We have also spoke with others who have family members out there and they all seemed satisfied with the care being given. We will update this review in the future. Should circumstances arise that cause concerns we will adjust our 5 star rating. But at this time we are happy with Orchard Park. Dan and Rox Wells

Orchard Park in Bucyrus, Ohio has been such a benefit for my Mom and our family. The staff is super, rooms are very clean, and the meals are great! (I eat there at least once each week) Since going in strait from 2 weeks in the hospital, Mom has gained 10 lbs and is walking unassisted! She and I even danced a jitterbug for the staff last week (I had 2 left feet but she was gliding all over the floor!). For us, Orchard Park is the very best choice for Mom.
