This facility should be avoided. The nursing staff ignores the patients lights when something is needed. The facility is dirty, floors not swept or mopped. Dust an inch thick along the walls and corners. The laundry appears to not be getting done either. My mother has waited for several days for her clothes to be returned with no satisfaction when staff is asked. Their response is they don't know. Send your loved ones somewhere else. I chose this place because of the 5 star rating, as I see now , the rating is severely padded probably by staff. AVOID... Update, I took a few pictures just to show how well your maintenance and housekeeping really is. The pictures speak for themselves. Again I will stress the importance of placing loved ones elsewhere. This is the worst building for seniors I've ever encountered.
