Mill Creek truly is somewhere where I feel comfortable sending my residents. Many of our residents of come here and they always have an excellent experience and receive excellent care. One in particular was someone who we thought would not make it back to us because of her status coming from the hospital. They rehabbed her got her into all their activities and kept her active and worked with her on her speech therapy and swallowing and now she is in a normal wheelchair and able to stand up with help and in better shape than she has been in a long time. We are truly blessed to have a place we TRUST with our residents. When I visit to see Shannon and the rest of the nurses everyone welcomes me with open arms. You can tell everyone enjoys their job and you can tell when you walk in. Thank you Mill Creek for the AMAZING care you provide.

It has taken me some time to be able to write this review for many reasons. How do you find the words to say how much the staff meant to your loved one? My mother passed away in November, and she had been a resident at Mill Creek from March of 2023 until she passed. The staff treated her like one of the family. They visited her on their days off, provided things she liked when available, and even visited her in the hospital on their own time. Such an amazing team. My mother had her favorites, and you knew she loved you when she gave you a nickname! All of the aides that took care of her had a nickname. The front office team, the administrator, the DON, the physical therapy team, social work, and transportation were top-notch. I would recommend Mill Creek to anyone who needs a short-term stay or needs someone to care for them or a loved one in long-term care. There are not enough words to thank the crew who sat with my mother during her final minutes on this earth, doing what she loved to do. You all mean the world to me, and I will never forget the kindness you gave Sheila.
