This facility is very short staffed and the residents suffer due to it. The state should be made aware of this and fix it asap. Write your congressmen and flood them with emails. I’m disgusted that our veterans are treated like this.

Very poor. Yes I agree staff is afraid to report anything because they get docked on pay, or fired. I will not back down from making sure they do there jobs. I was told that my father was dying and not had much time left, 3 times! Misdiagnosed so many times. There are Some nurses who do care. Very few. Social worker does not care at all!

We as family are very grateful for the care and kindness show to our veteran. I would be grateful if the veterans's could stay with him. I served at home so he could be gone. Actually I am so grateful for him being there. Couldn't ask for a better place for him to be except home.

For our Veterans to be misdiagnosed is unacceptable. My brother had open heart surgery at Ruby. When he went to the V. A. they took him off blood thinners aspirin, nitroglycerin. He was then rushed to Pittsburgh. He passed away. I quit my job to care for him and could not receive any help except through a church I attended. Very sad to treat the people who fought for our freedom. What has our country become

Dad was there 4.5 years. The staff was very friendly and professional. My dad loved the food, and he picked up weight every year he was here. Super clean facility!!!
