The company doesn’t seem to care about the live in workers. They give quarterly bonus to all employees besides the ones that lives with the client. Which is not fair or anything because the live in workers doesn’t get to go home and not take care of the loved one. We get to clock off from getting paid but not from the care. So why because some one chose to take care of a loved one rather than hiring someone else to come in and take care of the loved one not get treated fairly like the ones that doesn’t live with their clients.

Working at VCG has given me the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people in the office and out in the field. There are so many people with amazing hearts within the company. Being able to have the opportunity in my nursing career to advocate for the staff and clients has been a major blessing.
