My mother is being VERY well cared for. The facility is cleaned daily. Residents are bathed and hygiene needs are taken care of. The entire staff treat the residents with the utmost respect and go the extra mile to ensure the residents have what they need. They also sit and talk to the residents making them feel welcome and they are loved. Yes, loved. I've seen residents upset as part of the reason they are living there ( ie dementia, alzhimers, and many other mentally challenging conditions. The nurse hugging the resident and placing a kiss on there forehead. The food is prepared according to the residents needs. Foods are soft so it is eaily digested. The cook puts alot of caring into food prep. They do more than take the foil off, place in microwave, let cool and serve. My mother loves the people there, I love the people there. People mocking this facility need to realize it is a rehabilitation and care facility, not a summer retreat.
