Even though I lost my uncle, i know the care and compassion shown for him at westsuburban nursing was excellent he feeled supported, welcomed, and genuinely cared for.<br><br>The nursing team is attentive, knowledgeable, and always approachable—they go above and beyond to ensure every need is met.<br>Thank you god bless<br>Gary

Care is NOT a priority.<br>You are a PAYCHECK to them.<br>Run don't walk!!!<br>Read reviews, most 5 star are from corporate or employees.<br>It's a shame Medicare and Medicaid would even consider giving Infinity a single penny. Do your homework people. They take advantage of you when your most vulnerable dealing with a ailing family member.

This place is beyond atrocious. Everything is old dirty and nasty. In less than 6 months my dad has gotten multiple infections. Staff doesn’t care about the patients. Never put your family members there.
