Very happy to have chosen this facility for my physical rehab. PHYSICAL THERAPY: The physical therapy team is first class. They were caring, supportive, and very professional. They provided MORE than the required 60 minutes of physical and occupational daily therapy and helped me recover from serious mobility problems. Also allowed access to equipment in the gym beyond my assigned time. Hats off to Laurie, Brian, Mary and Holly and the rsst for their great care. DAILY SUPPORT FROM AIDES: A wonderful group of people that provided an exemplary level of personal care. Always pleasant, punctual when needed, and very professional and caring. All were great but my care team of Avery, Danielle, Christian, Sienna, Mary, Lilly, and Teresa deserve special recognition. NURSES: the medical care was wonderful. Always provided my medication in the correct doses at assigned times. But also have to mention how nice and insightful they were when I needed special attention for various physical problems. They coordinated care with my personal physician daily. Thanks to Dustin, Melissa, Michelle, Shea and especially Crystal the Head Nurse who checked on my blood lab results on her day off to be sure I was getting proper treatment. FOOD: Great meals. Enjoyed the standard menu and should note that they allowed substitute meals, snacks, and drinks on request. REMAINING TEAM: If I've failed to mention anyone by name it's my error. The Social Worker Jules and office staff were also great including the daily Laundry and Housekeeping staff. They also provided a daily opportunity to participate in games and social activities with other residents and patients including live music on holidays. My room and facility were comfortable, attractive and clean. Thanks for this opportunity to recognize a great team.

It took me a few months to find the words for this review and I am sad to say I won't be recommending this place to anyone. I thought it would be one of the better facilities for hospice care for my sweet mother, I was wrong!! So many things I could mention - at the top of my list is why ANY hospice patient would have to wait 45 minutes or longer after pushing a call button to receive pain meds after we were assured hospice patients are a priority at WB. I had to make sure we had family or friends present 24/7 setting alarms to make sure my mother got her meds on time to be kept comfortable in her last days. I do understand they are short staffed and some of the staff were wonderful, others I found to be clueless and careless. I felt bad for the woman sharing my mothers room as she was just there rehabilitating from surgery, she was very kind but I am sure she did not get much rest as we had alarms set every 2 hours through out the day to make sure my mother was kept comfortable. I received a call just last week from WB billing department ( 2 months after my mom has passed) stating they are unable to reach my mom and after 3 attempts they are contacting a lawyer....... well perhaps the reason she isn't answering the call is because she is DEAD and has been since 6/23/2025 and she DIED at the WB facility your calling me from - very nasty & heartless!! I could go on & on with things that were just not right!!!!! I am appalled at the way our beloved seniors are treated at the end of life especially if they don't have someone to advocate for them . Please don't accept hospice patients if you can't truly can't make them a priority!!!!!!

My mother had a massive stroke between 6 am and 8 am. I was not notified until noon and all wellbridge stated was they were sending my mom to the hospital for evaluation. Needless to say, too much time had passed, damage was done. My mom passed a week later.

Poor management my grandma was found unresponsive in the morning and sent to the ER, the facility never called us and told us she left or what happened and they refuse to speak with us when we ask questions. The only way were notified was by the hospital when she arrived. Unfortunately she has passed this past week and we still don't have answers and management refuses to return calls. Never will allow another family member here. Severe neglect and this is not the last they have heard from us. This facility is dangerous and they do not care about you only money. Save yourself the heartache and find another facility that's willing to care for your loved one.

My wife spent 2 weeks here earlier this year. She was recuperating from COVID and was bedridden. She dropped her call button one night and was unable to reach help. Fortunately she had her cell phone and called me. I thought, no problem, I'll call her nurse's station. There were 7 nurse's stations. Hers was #7 and it immediately hung up on me when I called it. I called #6, 5, 4 & 3 and either got no answer or was hung up on again. Finally station 2 picked up and got her the bedpan she needed. The next night the same thing happened but I was unable to reach any of the nurse's stations. Called all 7 and let it ring for 4 minutes each with no answer. I did not know what else to do but call the local police because I was over 1 hour away. In the end she did get her bedpan changed. I went to get a report from the police the next morning and was told "A report was not written on the incident but that the majority of calls at night are asking them to alert Wellbridge staff that a patient needs help". A couple days later she was sent back to the hospital because she had developed pneumonia and a UTI. I have been married to her for 20 years and this is the first UTI she ever remembers having. At the hospital I saw a nurse that also worked at Wellbridge. She took me aside and warned me not to let them send my wife back to Wellbridge because the night staff was terrible. After another week in the hospital she was sent to a different facility and we had no more issues of neglect. I honestly do not know how they have managed to avoid being shut down by the state.
