Brightstar has been phenomenal with my mother who has dementia. Very understanding and accommodating, very supportive nurses. I sincerely appreciate your genuinely caring healthcare professionals. You are sincerely appreciated. My mother raves about how nice her caregiver is and their mutual interest together.

BrightStar Care has recently provided me with excellent service as a fill-in for my caregiving responsibilities with my elderly mother when I needed to go out of town during the past 2 days. In particular ; Brenda Needham ---who is BrightStar's Director of Nursing provided outstanding care for my mother and assistance to me . I also think that BrightStar's intake staff have done a great job of walking me through the process beginning with my initial phone call to their office and then all the steps thereafter in order to get the above-described fill-in/temporary care in place for me when I needed to go out of town on a short-term basis. The communications by all of the BrightStar Care staff I've worked with have been excellent. They also get high marks from me due to their patience with my communications & questions along the way !!

My Mother-In-Law was a customer of Bright Star. The staff took very well care of her. The owners gave our family 2 weeks notice that they could not care for her, not because of coverage. We scrambled to find care for her. Thankfully, we found a great place for her and she is very happy at her new residence. It is very sad that the owners of Bright Star did not take in consideration that it could of taken much longer to find care for her. We would not recommend Bright Star to care for your loved ones.

We have been with BrightStar for a year now. I have been very pleased with the service and availability of the office staff. Our caregiver, Lacey R is the absolute BEST! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and takes loving care of my mother. I truly don’t know what I would do without her. Julie Doll

Stefanie B from BrightStar Howell Is very efficient and very nice. She has been taking care of my 94 year old father for 8 months and takes care of all my father’s needs.. We feel very happy to have met her as she is very professional. She does house work Changes bedding, , cooks and is social with my wheelchair bound father . She even loves our dog !
