My Mom was in rehab at WH for a week and I have to say that the Nurses and PT and staff were very, very kind to our whole family! We only had one issue which was taken care of immediately! I have to shout out to Denise, Desiree, Emma, Chelsea and Joe who were just so loving, comforting and helpful and went out of their way to comfort my mother which I truly believe is the most important thing for true well being when staying in a place other than your home when you are in pain! The kindness makes the day go faster and surely helps with the emotional support for a patients stay, especially the elderly! Thank you to all the staff once again! I cannot remember everyone’s name, but know that you are so appreciated!

Nursing homes often get a bad reputation, and I was honestly nervous when my mom first needed more care. But this place has completely changed how I feel. From the moment she arrived, I could see the difference — the staff treats her with such genuine kindness, patience, and respect. They don’t just care for her; they care about her. The facility is always spotless, and every person we’ve interacted with has made us feel supported. They keep me updated without us ever having to ask, which brings so much comfort during a time that can be overwhelming. Knowing my mom is surrounded by people who truly look out for her has lifted such a weight off my shoulders. I’m deeply grateful for the love and attention they give her every day. This nursing home has been a blessing, and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Entire Staff is wonderful, they do frequent checks, professional, and caring. Every person I have met has been very upbeat and pleasant. Physical therapy staff excellent as well and are individualizing my treatment plan I am amazed on how well I am progressing with their care. My only complaint is the mattresses on the bed, but the rest of the facility is very nice, clean, and has good esthetics. A pleasant atmosphere to recuperate in. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a rehabilitation facility.

Art was here for 10 weeks. The staff was responsive, professional and caring, and the physical therapy was abundant and high quality. It’s clean and smells fine. Their meals are generous and although they have daily activities for residents, no one is pressured into participating. Each bed has its own tv that you can connect headphones to. From our experience in other rehab facilities, this is head and shoulders above them all.

Waterview Hills is a gift from God for the elderly who need care. The staff, including administrators are amazing and extremely helpful. The nurses are warm, caring, kind and supportive. They are also highly skilled. Both my dad and my aunt have spent their last years here in a loving, happy environment. Every issue is addressed immediately and you will be informed by the nurses on every issue from a mild rash to more serious issues should they arise. Sedoni, Avia and every single nurse and aid are extremely competent and concerned about your loved one. The Administrator is highly involved and personally knows each resident and conducts care meetings to keep you up to date and addresses any concerns immediately. Waterview is immaculate and your loved one is always clean and comfortable. I would give Waterview 10 stars if I could.
