I was not pleased at all no one was ever at nursing station. Promises made about cold food and nothing was done. I complained about my aunt having swelling in her right knee and nothing was done at times they wouldn't give her pain meds for her pain. I would call several times to talk to some one in charge I even gone up there twice to talk to someone they were always in a meeting. My aunt is now hospitalized do to a huge blood clot after expressing concern about thr problem for over two weeks the facility never looked into the matter. She was released on the 4th of April and the next day hospitalized. I am very disappointed in the wholevexperience.

This place is horrible. Had a family member there for over a month for rehab after a fall and her health drastically declined. She was depressed. The stinch of the place is always terrible. The food served would not feed to a dog. Staff most of them not trained; has the worst attitudes and dont give a care about the patients. Noise level is awful. Glad she is home doing much better. Its shameful to be treated this way.

This is not the place. It gets worse every day. I have never experienced so much hate from people as I have here. I can’t tell you how many times I have been screeched at by “nurses” and CNAs. If you ask a simple question staff goes off the rails and is immediately on the defensive. Then they walk into the hall and bad mouth you really loud to make sure you hear it. My father asked what medication he was given this morning and all hell broke loose. Nurse refused to tell him and says he only wants to know because I reminded him to ask. No, he has the right to know what he is being given especially since there is no rhyme or reason to the way they administer medication. Breakfast today 2 pieces of bacon and a slice of toast. How can one recover when this place doesn’t provide proper nutrition? We have to supplement with food from home. I stayed the night with dad one night because I was told I could. At 4:50 am a nurse came in with the DON on his cell on speaker, woke him up and threatened to call the police on me. The staff said I made them uncomfortable?! I stayed that night because the family was uncomfortable with the way they treat daddy. Holy goodness! Thank God for the excellent PT and OT he gets. Seriously be careful here!

I want to thank the Administrator Mrs. Davis for raising the standards at the nursing home and making such meaningful improvements. I also appreciate how promptly you address concerns and how well you keep my family informed. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of care and the positive attitude we’ve seen since you became the new team leader. Thank you!

I would rate this place at a -5 They were not attentive to my mother‘s needs. They ignored her needs and cry for help. They did not bath her. She became lethargic, confused and slurring her words. She could not eat, and no one fed her. This was elder abuse! They let her sit in feces and urine for hours which resulted in a UTI so bad that it altered her mental status. She ended up in the emergency room with sepsis so bad she almost had to be on a ventilator. She was only there for a broken leg and left with sepsis due to neglect. If you love your Family member do not choose this skilled nursing facility they are not skilled!!!
