The staff was very Friendly. The floors need it cleaned badly. The meal she was served for dinner was unacceptable A hot dog button with 2 small pieces of Turkey. Nothing else on it and the chip crumbs out of the bottom of a chip bag.

Found friend on toilet holding onto grab bar and no one around. Said she had been that way for awhile. Last time I was here they left her in that position for at least 10 minutes. She was in pain because she had to twist to hold on with her left hand because her right side is paralyzed. This time there was poop on the floor in front of toilet and in front of recliner. Also, there was a huge dead roach on the floor by her bed. Floor looks like it has never been mopped.
