This nursing home is employed by CNA's that go over and beyond their duties. The residents have adult briefs that are always in their closets. The nurses have ALL of the supplements needed for their med pass. There are ice makers in the facility which makes it convenient for the residents to receive hydration from the staff as they need it. If a need arises, alert the appropriate staff member and that need will be addressed.

Admissions director is extremely rude and lies! They told us that they had EVERYTHING my LO needed for their care. We made plans and were actually relieved when we were notified they was accepted. When we approved them to be admitted after a few days they abruptly changed their minds, when the hospital and I tried to call MULTIPLE TIMES they ignored us. When I finally called this female "director of admissions" instead of just answer my questions, she was immediately defensive, unprofessional, rude, loud. I asked her why and her response was " I already spoke to someone at the hospital, I'm not going back and forth with you" (I never even got to ask why...she was real defensive from the beginning) I tried to ask her if she had any suggestions of another facility and she stated, "I don't know of anybody, have a good day" and she hung up on me. Last week when I met her, she went on and on talking about how the past staff was horrible and new people have been hired....OBVIOUSLY, that was a lie because if they accept a person then reject them days later... then when questioned they are unprofessional and rude to family and hospital admins...there's still some TRASH employment still at that facility. And if that's how they allow an admissions employee to act I just imagine how the nursing staff is... Don't believe the FAKE reviews...I got duped...because we thought my LO had a place they have now screwed other spots that were filled and my LO may have to be placed out of state. Also I find it interesting and suspicious that the owners only respond to the positive reviews on here...that should indicate how they handle things ...

This nursing home has exceeded my expectations. The facility is spotless and well-kept, and the caregivers are both professional and friendly. It’s easy to see that they prioritize the safety and comfort of their residents. My mom is happy and thriving here, and I couldn't ask for a better place for her care.
