My brother has been under the care of Warm Heart Assisted Living for 5 years. He has been well cared for and the staff is very caring and loving. An example of their caring was when it was his birthday, they had a party with me and the other residents. They provided a cake and sang to him. The communication from the staff and owner is excellent. They continually inform me of his needs. I am very pleased with the care he receives.

The nurse practitioner at this facility is at best abysmal. I can only beg you to be a buyer beware. If you ask for any information regarding your loved one... such as how much are they drinking, how much are they sleeping, how much do they weigh? Average general questions will not get you an answer. My husband was under her care for seven months. I texted her, I emailed her, I called and left a voice messages. This woman never returned any correspondence or answered any of my questions. During Covid my husband went from 230 pounds to 140 pounds and she didn’t say a word. He went from being a mobile, communicative man who could feed himself, toilet himself and shower. He became a man who could do none of these things in seven months and she never mentioned a word. What time came that I need to put my husband in hospice, she refused to write the referral because she was angry that I was moving him out of her care. Let me give you a copy of her response to my request for information: “Having my personal cell phone does not equate to me having to respond to any and all of your personal requests and attempts for information…” She calls herself a doctor. She was billed with Warm heart assisted living facility as a nurse practitioner. Regardless of what she calls her self she should not be caring for anybody you love. Please please. I beg you to find any other place to get your medical care. This woman doesn’t answer to anybody. She has nobody overseeing her practice and can do as she wishes with anyone. I fully believe my husband would be in better shape and would not have passed away so soon if I had had a different and more caring medical practitioner.
