We moved my 81 year old sister herev in memory care in September of 2025 from another facility and it has been amazing for my sister and us too!. Jaynie/ sales met with us and listened to our concerns about my sister. Then we took the tour and we were blown away by the level of care the staff was giving the residents. The safety systems in place to ensure residents are checked on every 2 hours was like nothing we had ever seen. Also their staff ratio to residents is above and beyond all standards. Everything Jaynie told us during the meeting was 💯 true and actually above and beyond our expectations. The receptionists and all staff in the building speak and greet you. Sonja/ move in coordinator and Christine/director are amazing and so caring for the residents and their families. Christine/director communicates all upcoming events including safety precautions or any changes occurring as well as the wellness director Tiffany and her staff communicates any concerns or medical issues to me about my sister. I could go on and on about how great the facility and staff are but they all truly deserve recognition for the excellent care they provide to my sister and all the residents at Waltonwood Cotswold!. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the staff and, especially, to the Executive Director for the loving care shown to our loved one. During her time here, she was treated with dignity, kindness, and genuine compassion.<br><br>The Executive Director consistently demonstrated heartfelt concern not only for the residents, but also for their families. It was clear that she truly knew and cared about the people entrusted to her community. Her presence, empathy, and leadership made a meaningful difference, particularly during difficult moments.<br><br>Thank you for creating an environment where residents are seen as individuals and treated with love and respect. Our family will always be thankful for the care our loved one received.

Waltonwood Cotswold exceeds all of our family’s expectations — the staff is warm, attentive and genuinely cares for each resident with professionalism and patience. Our mother, new to the community, finds the food here to be outstanding, with restaurant-quality meals and choices. We’re thrilled that, for her, Waltonwood feels like home, with comfort, dignity and joy woven into daily life.

The Memory Care needs a severe overhaul. My mother moved from Assisted Living where she’d been for 5 years to Memory Care at the suggestion of the Waltonwood staff. After 4 months in Memory Care she fell and injuries were such that she could not return.<br>Do not move your loved ones to Waltonwood Memory Care as the staff is not qualified and does not care.
