The VNA is a community treasure that puts our most vulnerable citizens first. Between the caregiver relief, the Dementia Friendly Galesburg initiative, the meals for in need seniors and all other programs this agency is needed! Where many of the seniors who are homebound wouldn’t get the help without them it is great that they are here to help!! Michael and his team have taken the mission they were given and brought it to new heights. Michael took his vision and brought in some of the top agencies here in Galesburg to make it come to fruition. Wishing him and the future of Galesburg all the best!

The staff was great. We picked up up out Farmers Market coupons. Walker, Mike and Joyce were great. Finally got to meet Joyce.

When I went there the inner office was closed due to Covid, but they immediately opened the door for me so I could submit my paperwork. They were all wearing masks so we were all very safe, and vaxxed as I am, I still really appreciate the care taken. They were quick but very kind. Would definitely work with them during the pandemic or when this is all over and just a bad memory.

No disrespect, but this organization really needs to be a bit more companionate and friendly. I am disabled and in a chair. I don't have $70,000+ for a converted vehicle so to travel out of town to doctor's appointments AND get REQUIRED treatment for my illness I need to rely on this service. I have called my State representative twice to "light a fire" to get action. The VNA receives STATE FUNDING to expand their out-of-town service, but can choose who they will or will not service? That is discriminatory against the disabled and a basic infringement on human rights!
