I have always placed my orders over the phone. I usually have have to call them back to check on my order after being told they would send it out. After calling back I am told that my order is not listed or even ordered. Heather seems to be the only competent employee there. This has happened to me several times.

Wish they had option for zero stars. 3 weeks since they got Dr order. I had to call them. Then they obviously aren't qualified to get the job done so they canceled my order without contacting whom I said to contact. I had to call again to find that out then I was hung up on after I said they do except Healthlink instead of just doing their jobs.

I never get my items on time. It’s been a frustrating experience. My insurance makes me use Lincare. My last place did such a wonderful job.

I came in before closing on a Friday and Heather went above and beyond to help me. I know she left work a little later, but she took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my equipment before I left. I am very grateful to her and the team for helping me!

Wind care is the most wonderful caring, Considerate And compassionate people I have ever meet They went Above and beyond to help me get to North Carolina to see my daughter in law Who just had a double lung transplant.They personally brought a portable concentrator to my house. On their own time going to Bloomington, to get it So I could leave the next day They have always been so helpful. But this was so overwhelming to me I appreciate everyone there at the company. And will always stay With them.
