My loved one was on hospice for around a week...they put a nasal cannula on them for O2... yet never turned the 02 on. While he was comfortable and it wouldn't have made a difference either way it was annoying to them at that stage. When our loved one passed away the RN, who was still in the nursing home 4 doors down on her computer never came in again. The facility nurse pronounced him deceased, which is fine. But she never once came back in to say what happened next, offer condolences, or to even check if the family needed anything. My family and I walked past her 4+ different times to go out and call family and she never even looked our way. While it's been almost a year since our loved ones passing it still bugs me that the nurse didn't offer any sort of compassion at that time.

The staff and team at Compassus are truly amazing. They cared for our mother in the most compassionate way possible. They saw her not as a patient but as the wonderful person she was. They not only cared for her, but they also cared for our family during a very difficult time. I hope I won't need their services again but if I do, I'll feel very comfortable making that call to them. They are true Angels during a difficult time.

Compassus is such a wonderful organization. Every single person we dealt with for my dad was absolutely awesome. They care and go above and beyond. His nursing staff, Jessica and Rachel, were amazing. Chaplain Jordan and Social Worker KJ were also so wonderful with him. We will forever be grateful to dad's Compassus team. These people care.

Compassus was great at getting us everything we needed during my brother's fight with cancer. The nurses were great and I must give a shout out to Sam as he has a knack for really comforting you in a very hard time. I witnessed many nurses during my brother's care but Sam has a very special way of connecting with families and making a very sad situation sting a little less. I believe Sam is a very rare nurse, and I hope compassus understands what an angel they have among their staff.

We chose Compassus to care for our dad when he got sick. They were only a part of our lives for less than a week, but they were absolutely the best! The care and compassion they showed to our dad and our entire family was outstanding. We couldn’t have been happier with their services.
