Hello there, I would like to say after taking a tour meeting with staff and greeting residents this facility by far is a place for your love one clean, dependable family Oriented staff amazing individuals. The administrator is loyal to her residents.

Plymouth Manor is a top knotch facility that I would not hesitate to recommend. The staff is friendly and the grounds are in great shape. Its nice to see an owner that is constantly reinvesting into the facility, it shows.

I can't begin to describe in words how much I appreciate the facilitator and staff of Plymouth Manor. In the past almost three years, they have been though A LOT with my aunt, who suffered from severe dementia and was not a very friendly individual upon moving into Plymouth Manor. Additionally, I hold myself to high standards and expect the same from others. They never let me down - even though I know it was hard at first to even like my aunt - although deep down, she was a truly loving person - you just had to get through her hard exterior and learn to love her for who she really was. This team of individuals worked with me no matter what I brought to them, they were always professional and 100% ALL IN. In the final weeks of my aunt's life - they worked with me more than I believe other facilities would have (they know what I mean). In my aunt's final hours, the facilitator ensured that I got to speak to my aunt (I'm long distance) so that she could hear my voice and they never left her alone. Words cannot express how much their care, commitment and connection means to me. It's deeper than a facility that you are paying for - I felt like my aunt had family there wanting to be present as she took her last breath. I thank Plymouth Manor and want you all to know that WHEN IT REALLY MATTERS, THEY ARE PRESENT. My deepest appreciation to the owner, facilitation and staff.

I have an elderly cousin who has lived here for over 5 years. The owner, Chris and his staff are so caring and helpful to the residents. My cousin has dramatically improved his walking and ambulation. The transportation service they added is great. He can go to the library again. The maintenance take great pride in the building. It is the best 'non family' he could have. I live out of state and they call me when there are any issues or concerns. Very much appreciate them.

The staff are polite and easygoing. They are extremely helpful and do whatever they can for the residents. The owner and staff treat the residents as if they were their own family. The owner himself is also very hands on and speaks with the residents on a regular basis. A lot of improvements have been made since this owner took over and its a great place to trust your family to live at.
