This place is kept very clean elevators hallways and outside and inside always very tidy people are very nice and helpful from the office maintenance crews are on top of things our lady I take care of called for a shade replacement and they did it within a couple hours same day great office personnel and Management on top of things

The entire building is super clean and very secure for its residents. Staff is friendly and helpful. My mom lives there.

This is a senior living apartment building. The rent is reasonable and is according to your income. Located on Washington Street in Wilkes- Barre. PA. Walking distance to public square, churches, RC Movies, Kirbey Center and much more. It is very clean, modern, well kept. Friendly atmosphere and high security. Parking available for 1 car, if you don't drive the public bus station is a block away. Laundry facilities located in building. I would recommend this apartment building to any senior or disabled person who is looking for a quality place to live.

I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. I was impressed with the care they take for the residants safety. Resident rooms have emergency stations that alert staff -at two different locations- if resident needs help. This emergency system gets a monthly test.
