My Aunt is in Memory Care and has been there little under a year. She is thriving with all the activities they have for their guest. My Aunt was weak when she moved in and now with proper food she is doing much better. The staff really care for her and send me videos and pictures often. I live in Ca and they are in Green valley, Az.

My Father is in Assisted Living at Vista Pointe and my Mother was moved into Memory Care and is in hospice. The staff are truly the best and I can't say enough about the excellent care my parents are getting. They treat all of the residents with dignity and respect. They provide social activities, bus trips, weekly concerts, bingo, poker, puzzles, you name it and all of the residents are encouraged to participate! The staff keep me informed of mom's care and even send pictures and videos. Vista Pointe has built a caring community for their residents; it feels like "home" and I am so grateful to them for providing such loving care for my family.

All the staff at Vista Point Green Valley have been so kind, friendly, and always helpful. Whatever issues come up, they always address it quickly. It is a great team!

BEWARE...This is exactly the kind of place that gives care facilities a bad reputation!<br><br>Vista Point scammed my mother into paying a "refundable" deposit. After hearing so many stories of neglect in their care, my mother wisely decided against their services and requested the promised refund her $500 deposit. Vista Point fully acknowledge they owe the deposit back, but they have been refusing to pay it, and refusing to answer calls.<br><br>Over the past few months. They have given every excuse imaginable! They have lied a few times telling us "The check is in the mail." Honestly, if I didn't think they were just trying to steal from my mother, I would be completely embarassed for them and their total lack of financial competency.<br><br>It may not seem like much, but to someone on a limited fixed income, it's a big deal for a company like this to steal from elderly. It is even worse when the company taking advantage of an elderly person is one that is responsible for the care of so many in our most venerable in society.<br><br>If they are willing to openly steal from my elderly mother, I can only imagine how badly they would harm someone in their "care" when it isn't as open and obvious. Protect yourself and your love ones from Vista Point.
