Virginia Hernandez Posting publicly across Google When my sister was ready to be released from the rehab center where she had been sent to after her hospital stay for a broken hip and dementia. We had signed with another home health care agency but at the last minute they cancelled because they could not fulfill the 24 hour care we were asking for. We were in a quandary. We needed someone fast. I called Homewatch Caregivers of Green Valley because of their location. The moment someone answered the phone I knew we had the right place. They were calm and very nice. They listened to our problems and asked what we needed in terms of help. They asked questions about my sister to get to know what her needs and wants were. They were upfront about when they could begin, what the cost would be and all the services that they provide. From day one with the first caregiver in the house we were delighted. All of the caregivers know their business very well. My sister is always their one and only concern. They all treat her like a person with needs that has feelings too. This was very important to us. They fulfill all her needs and are always, always very cheerful. We have gotten to know them all and they have become like a family member who is welcomed into our home. They are always prompt, as a matter of fact they come a little early so they can give each other info on how my sister is doing or what they did with her. My sister can be a little grouchy but they have won her over. There have been a couple of little snags along the way but it only takes one call to Amy who is amazing. She listens and tells me what she can do and it's done. It is so comforting to know you have someone who really knows us, our needs and we are not just a client number on a contract. Every time I call, I always hear a smile on the other end that is ready to help. Virginia Hernandez
