Minimal competence. Zero empathy. My wife was transferred there from Northwest. Expect wasting your time arguing with incompetent nurses who just wait forever on doctors who are equally useless. Northwest sent my innocent wife there. I would not even send my dog there.

I can honestly say that it was a very pleasant stay at the facility. Doctor Mathew is an excellent doctor,. Nurses, therapist and CNA all were great. All the other personnel were very nice. My special appreciation to Dayzy and Angel. Two of the greatest CNA kids I enjoyed lots.

At 87 years old, this was a difficult and vulnerable time for her and for our entire family, and your attentiveness made an enormous difference. We are especially grateful to Marisol, RN, Joanie, RN, Yesy, CNA, and Adam, MT, not only for the care you provided to her each day, but also for the thoughtful support you extended to our family. Your patience in addressing our concerns, helping coordinate her care, and assisting with the transition back home to La Posada Enhanced Assisted Living gave us reassurance and comfort throughout the process. The professionalism, warmth, and dignity with which you treated our mother never went unnoticed. I chose Haven Health of Green Valley for two of my family members because this facility is simply the best. They have a great team of nurses and CNAs who are attentive, patient, and compassionate. Staff longevity is strong here, and that was important to me when looking for a facility—because if the staff is happy, then good care can be expected. Leadership, admissions, social services, and therapy were all outstanding. Thank you!

Phenomenal facility my grandmother was here from a fall injury. The staff was very helpful and educated . Everything was clean tidy and she had a wonderful stay. The nurses were patient and her main nurse Marisol That took care of her was very friendly, informative & caring
