I hired Blue Rose for my friend in his final illness. All the caretakers were caring and patient, even though he could be cranky at times. They coordinated well with the hospice team, keeping them and me (halfway across the country) apprised of his condition. I and his local friends were very satisfied with their service and would recommend them for home health care in Tucson.

I have had very unpleasant experiences with some of the caregivers and I have also had a few very good caregivers. Then there is Lauren who schedules the caregivers times so tight that they do not always have time to get from one client to another on time and then Lauren tried to short my husband on his alloted time as though it was my husband’s fault the caregiver was late. She argued with me over the time and was very unprofessional.<br>In the time I have been with Blue Rose I have had 27 different caregivers because of the inconsistencies. Stephanie the CEO has been helpful and understanding but she now is often away and we have to rely on Lauren who behaves as though she lacks training and customer service skills. I have asked for the number to the owner but Lauren has refused to give it to me so I did find Laura Boutilie-Reed on social media and will be reaching out to her.

Blue Rose needs to check on their employees at their assigned clients.<br>Wearing a skimpy sundress and constantly being on her phone at my neighbors, most certainly did not impress me.<br>Giving them a big hooray for following up. Good for them. They do care!

Blue Rose is a fantastic company. I had a wonderful experience the care givers they are so nice and very helpful. They always took care of my wife with all her needs and assistance. I would highly recommend Blue Rose!!
