I cannot express how grateful I am to Visiting Angels for their exceptional service. When my cousin Albert needed help, Visiting Angels stepped in and provided the assistance he needed. Josephine and Jerri-Marie have been outstanding! They always go above and beyond to make sure Albert is comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism have truly made a difference in our lives. Visiting Angels has been a lifesaver for us, and I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs assistance with their loved ones. The staff is friendly, reliable, and compassionate, and they truly care about the well-being of their clients. I contacted Visiting Angels to arrange care for a family member. I soon found out that Josephine and Jerri-Marie really are angels! The service that they provided and continue to provide is second to none. It is such peace of mind to have top quality care for when a family member needs it most. Josephine and Jerri-Marie really stepped up the level of care we were getting from a previous company and I am just so happy I made the move to them. The care we have now is professional, reliable and most importantly it is personal. I really recommend them and am so grateful for all they have done for me and my family.

Visiting Angels has been looking after my grandparents for about two years now. Their service is phenomenal and my parents love to see them come. At first my parents were hesitant and were very unsure about having someone come to care for them. They gave them a chance because during the free consultation, they fell in love with Josephine and thought this company would be a good fit. They help bathe them, run their errands and definitely go the extra mile to make my parents feel comfortable living in their own home. 10/10 would recommend this company

Josephine has done so much for my parents. It was very stressful deciding which company would provide the best care for my parents but Visiting Angels definitely stood out. Josephine and her staff were always ready to assist no matter what they needed and how short of notice it was. They’re always available and answer whenever I or my parents are in need. Not only is their customer service great but the time and effort their caregivers take to provide care for my parents is outstanding. I do not have any complaints therefore I will be sticking to this company for as long as I live.

My mother retired to Sarasota, and I live in Arizona. She recently had some health issues. I tried to convince her to go to the hospital, but she was unwilling. I contacted Josephine at visiting angels for assistance. I requested a check in / evaluation, and regular visits going forward. Josephine was at my mother's home within the hour. She determined that yes my mother needed immediate medical attention, with my approval she called 911 and waited for the ambulance. She put my mother at ease and she was happy to go. She has also been great with follow up, and check in visits. I would highly recommend Josephine's services to anyone who needs them. She is great at what she does, her prices are very reasonable, and it is obvious she cares about her patients.
