My husband went to Sapphire Shores for rehab after a short hospitalization. He was there for 24 days. During that time he has been well cared for in all ways. The food was very good, he can be a picky eater and he ate everything most of the time. The physical therapy helped him gain strength. And administration helped me navigate a new to me situation. The building was clean and pleasant. Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the on staff doctors. I would feel comfortable recommending Sapphire Shores if you are in need of a care facility.

Absolutely depressing space. The dank halls and blank walls had all the charm of a hospital basement mortuary. With great sadness this was one of the few places that could accommodate my mother after her hip surgery. In all fairness, the staff we dealt with were friendly and competent enough. A potion of the ceiling in the main hallway was being worked on and showed old water damage. The room was stark and lacking of any sense of psychological comfort or esthetics. As were all the others. It brought tears to my eyes having to place my 92 year old mother here for even a day. She never got better and within a week she was in a pleasant hospice residence where she passed a few days later. How is it that the richest country on the planet disguards its citizens with so little dignity? Shame on this country and its Healthcare system. I'm sure the rich don't complain about the care their money can buy, but the medicaid paid care is 3rd World level, including this place.

My mom was recently brought to this facility. Where she was going to recover and potentially get to head back home to continue her chemo and her radiation therapy for her cancer. And within a week of being at this facility, her phone was stolen and she was sent back to the ER in almost more critical condition because this facility didn’t administer her medication‘s This facility is about to get a lawsuit and be sued for malpractice Do not send your loved ones to this Facility They will end up, hurt having their belongings stolen from them, and potentially die due to their malpractice. For the owner of this facility, we plan on coming after you for not providing quality, consistent care to our loved one and allowing your employees to steal From our loved ones and manufacture false documentation For providing care.

My mother was there for one month in memory care. She got a horrific urinary tract infection and fell and broke her femur bone that nobody had seen her or believed her that she was hurt. I didn't trust them enough to send her back to that facility. I'm now trying to get my prorated days back which I have waited 6 weeks for and now they illegally took my mother social security check for the next month that she hasn't lived there at all for 2 months. I think this place is pathetic. The food is terrible and if you love your loved ones, please think about it twice.
