This place should be closed, they don't offer good food, the hygiene is horrible. Very bad service. My experience in this nursing home was very disappointing. Communication with the staff was limited but I could observe how the work staff is not satisfied with respect to schedule and last-minute cancellations. The rights of residents or workers are not respected. On several occasions I felt that the necessary attention was not paid to residents. The response time to applications was very slow and the overall organization seemed messy. I believe that there are many aspects that should be improved to offer an adequate level of care. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.” I had a very unpleasant experience with a nurse named Aimara Acosta in which I considered that she treats her residents very badly. She is never in the facility. She abuses her job because she has relationships with a kitchen manager.

Indian beach Nursing & Rehab has been outstanding. with long-term and short term care resident , resident with condition like stroke, Parkinson, dementia and other medical condition, the level of care they receiving is outstanding the nursing staff and therapists treat his resident with the utmost dignity, patience, and professionalism. They took the time to know his resident, not just for his medical needs, but his personality, preferences, and even his sense of humor. It feels like a community, not just a facility. The care team communicates regularly with resident family, provided updating about his related family, from medications to physical therapy progress. The facility maintain his areas clean, calm. Highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate, skilled long-term or short term care for a loved one.

My mother has been a patient at this facility since October '23. The staff there have been very instrumental in my mother's improvement. She arrived scared and worried. Jeannie in admissions was a comfort. The nurses have treated my mother as if they were her own parent and the rehab staff is impeccable. I'm so glad that my mother was able to find the help she needed with her new extended family.
