Absolutely find another place for your loved ones.understaffed..not clean..patients not fed.or showered regularly. Not able to meet with Director To discuss any of our concerns..always Not available. We chose to discharge our Mom and remarkably in a new facility with care..medication review and therapy.is now living her best quality of life.

My father has been there for a week now getting therapy to get better to go home. All the staff and management have done a great job and have been very helpful. He is receiving excellent care and I have been really impressed with them.

I toured lots of facilities before deciding on crescent and I can say both my parents were providing with good care and the facility took any concerns and quickly rectified them. The nurses and aids care about the residents and many go above and beyond in caring for them . I want to say Vanessa in charge of nursing services was amazing she goes above and beyond in answering questions and working with me to provide the best care for my parents . Physical therapy was also excellent they got my mother back on her feet and mobile again. If I had to use a rehab or nursing home facility again I would return to crescent .

Had a great visit when i went to see my father, last week went to meet the therapist who took extra time to see my dad's needs and really see what would give him the best quality in his life and time there at Crescent and notice that he had so much life in him. That he needed to be up and working on walking on his Walker, and not just sitting in the wheel chair, and I appreciated that so much shout out to Marissa , a new therapists there and also Bethanne occupational therapist, very personable with my father. Both ladies are real therapist, very intuitive to not just help repairing physical needs but mental and spiritual\n To restore my father and other residents back to who they are and give them their dignity back. I appreciate you both so much. Great ladies in therapy, there.!!

My 68 yr old sister in law has experienced tremendous improvement on several levels in the 7 weeks she has been a resident at Crescent ! When she arrived, she had not been out of bed in 22 months, she also had a tunneling bed sore. Her bed sore is now in the healing stages. She is now moved to a wheelchair 4x a week and can be wheeled outside to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors Her mental status and her speech have improved. From administration, therapy services, nursing care, housekeeping and maintenance she has received kindness and skilled care. Crescent has been a blessing!
