I would say that the staff encountered from front desk to care aides to activity staff were all friendly. The facility was bright and clean and active. There were people around, staff, family members, residents, etc. which is nice to see rather than empty halls. There were celebration decorations up for nurses recognition also. That was nice too.

A few of us visit someone in your care & play cards with her. Your facility is always sparkling clean no matter what time we arrive...day or night. Your staff always makes us feel welcomed. They are friendly and if anything is needed they are willing to help. Thank you Life Care Center.

Pleasing warm surroundings. Nursing Staff is very kind and cnas very caring and friendly and supportive getting hubby acclimated to new environment. Grateful to find such a great place and staff for him to recover.. Will recommend it to anyone. Nursing staff. Admissions director was very informative. Thank you PT. /OT. For Getting him strong to go home.

This facility has been a life changer for my Mom! It was so refreshing to find a facility that listened, understood & went the extra mile for us to get her set up asap with a private room and exceptional care each day! It was reassuring to see a SNF that is competent & strives for exceptional care & satisfaction! We have had so many positive interactions with numerous staff, both on the floor and those higher up in leading roles. No place is "perfect" like home but this facility has been a Godsend! I appreciate all their hard work and their open ears to any/all concerns that were had! My Mom felt safe and that was a game changer. The PT department was excellent and we really enjoyed the wound nurse! Mom was there over the holidays & the staff put together a beautiful dinner for the residents & family...it was an "all-hands on deck" effort and it was amazing to see everyone, even the higher ups, working together to make a truly enjoyable & memorable experience! I can't say enough about how happy I am to have found such a great facility. If your loved one needs care...this is the place that will treat them like family & do anything they can to make sure it's exceptional! My thanks to all of you who cared for my Momma...5 STARS to laundry team, hair salon, ice cream parlor, activities, CNA's, floor nurses, PTA's, dietary crew, admissions, MDS lead, case manager, providers and all those who played a part in her rehabilitation (she's almost out)!
