I worked for Visiting Angels for 3years. Enjoyed working for the agency. Always had support from the owners, Wayne and Mary Kay. Always had support from Office staff. I left due to personal reasons. In 2025 I wanted to get back into homecare. First choice was Visiting Angels. Have been there a year. Still happy with the support of everyone. They value who you are and what you do as a caregiver.

The team truly values both clients and caregivers, and that makes all the difference in the care we offer. From day one, I was welcomed, respected, and appreciated. The office staff communicates clearly, responds quickly, and always ensures I have the resources I need to provide the best possible care. They are intentional about pairing caregivers with clients, fostering strong, trusting partnerships at home.

On March 3, 2026, I had major back surgery. The surgery lasted over 8 hours. I have been struggling with back problems for the last three years but this was by far my roughest surgery. I was denied rehab because they said I was doing too well. I was going directly home after 8 days in the hospital. I called Visiting Angels hoping when I got home I could get a few days of help to get me started. Well, I was immediately made safe and comfortable and told by the next day I would have help at my door at 9:00 am. I was met by a lovely lady who made me so comfortable that she helped get me cleaned up which I desperately needed. I felt great after that. She helped me get some needed laundry done (after my husband had been here alone for those 8 days lol). She was here for four hours and we had such a great time. It was good to have a happy helper. For the next two days I was blessed with help by these beautiful "angels". The price was reasonable and gave me a great headstart on my first few days home. I want to thank Mike Brodnan for cooridinating such immediate service and getting me just right amount of help on those first days home when I really needed it. It was such a great service and I recommend them to anyone who needs a little or a lot of help.

I'm glad to say that I've been an employee here for 3 months. The staff are amazing. They are very helpful, reachable, and empathetic. I really like how they communicate with the Angels, especially when any issues may arise. I love the way that they care for their clients, as well as their Angels.

Visiting Angels was our mother's caregiver for almost 7 years starting with 4-6 hour per day care and gradually increasing the hours to 24/7 for the last several months up to and including the day she passed at age 99. Visiting Angels is a conscientious team of professionals who, without exception, were willing and able to cover her needs. Mom wasn't the easiest to please, but the caregivers were able to give her the attention, care, respect and love that she needed and deserved. She was able to bond with several of the caregivers over the years and they looked forward to seeing each other daily. We thank Visiting Angels; our family is grateful for the level of commitment and love you gave to our Mom.
