We had a phenomenal experience with Visiting Angels of Las Cruces! We contacted them requesting round-the-clock care for a family member on hospice. In less than 24 hours the "Angels" were on-site so we could get some sleep. The care givers were respectful, compassionate, and attentive. Administration did an incredible job communicating with us. We highly recommend and appreciate this agency!

The care my grandmother received was average but not outstanding. I do not have any complaints with the lady we were working with. My issue has arisen with the billing department. We had setup automatic payments and when we no longer needed service, we were billed two more cycles. I had reached out to get it corrected and all seemed ok. They couldn't refund the credit card (don't know why?) but they told me they would mail a check. Never received a check. Then I received another email asking if they could drop it off at our house. I was out of town and did not reply right away. But said that would be ok. Never came. Since then, I have tried calling, no answer. And emailing the contacts I was given with no response. We ended our service in October of 2023 and still have not had this issue resolved. It is now May of 2024. I will never recommend Visiting Angels. Nor will we ever use this service again.

Gina is amazing! Without the proper amount of time or assistance it's been hard caring for my grandmother on my own. I only wish that the company accepted my insurance. It's hard for me to afford the extra cost on my budget. Nonetheless, it was a pleasure speaking with Gina during the FREE consultation I was given. Nonetheless, I hope to be able to acquire Visiting Angels services in the future.

Called Visiting Angels, and spoke to a kind lady by the name of Gina. Was very informative and answered all question and concerns I had in regards to the care of my grandfather. Would have loved to have them care for him. Only downside is that they don't accept his insurance.

I am posting this review for Gina Torres on behalf of my 83 year old mother who lives in Las Cruces. My sister and I both live out of state and our brothers passing left a giant void for our mother. Gina and her caring staff have helped fill that void for Mom. It gives my sister and I great comfort in knowing that Mom can just pick up the phone and call Gina whenever she has a need. Gina has gone above and beyond for Mom on many occasions, and we can't thank her enough for her kind thoughtfulness! Visiting Angels ARE truly a gift from heaven, and we certainly would highly recommend them to anyone!
