The place was clean and did not smell like urine or old people. The rooms were nice and the facility has many amenities. Sure hope my loved one does well there.

My mom is a special case. Knowing this, we feel the nurses and front desk staff are perfect. Same with the kitchen staff. Some were patient. Some try tough love/ stern talks. We greatly appreciate the differing methods to get her to do what’s right for her own health. The food looks amazing. The facility is clean. People greet you with a smile. Very thankful for the care our mom receives every time she stays here. She is extra needy. They are so kind to her, regardless.

They are excellent, quick to respond to a request. The staff are friendly and helpful. The receptionist showed me how to check-in to the facility and she explained how checking in worked. I feel the staff will be there for my loved one when I have to leave.
