Excellent caregivers, responsive office staff! My family used their services years ago when other management ran the area, and after my great Aunt passed away we ended our contract. Fast forward to now, we have been in communication with this wonderful new office staff who we have come to know and love, new caregivers who are passionate about helping people, and abundant good energy and ease with helping out my family once again. They are wonderful with getting our needs met and accommodating our schedule, I’m abundantly grateful! Thank you so much, so happy to be back with you!

This company is by far one of the most professional and caring companies I’ve ever worked with. Coordinating care for my grandfather hasn’t been easy and has absolutely been met with challenges across the board; but the patience, kindness, and timeliness my family has been met with by their team has been unmatched. The office staff is quick to respond to any last minute issues and always very considerate, especially in emergencies, as well as the caregivers willing to always go the extra mile for us. Cheyenne and Caroline in the Elizabeth City Visiting Angels office are WONDERFUL to work with! Always cheerful and truly want to make sure my loved ones are well taken care of. Caroline is always willing to help me with any billing questions and helping me submit our insurance claims in a timely manner. The caregivers are prompt and eager to jump in and help my elderly parents. I HIGHLY recommend Visiting Angels

I love this organization! They have gone above and beyond with every request, given me timely notice for any and everything I could think of, and the caregivers are truly angels. I haven’t had a single bad experience with any caregiver that has come to visit my mother, and both her and I look forward to seeing our angels every week. Best in home care in Elizabeth City and OBX, and those girls in the office are so kind too! Don’t call anyone else, you’re wasting your time! I was able to get everything handled and set up in less than 48 hours time- beyond impressed. Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you THANK YOOOOOUUUUUUU!
