I have had an excellent experience with the care of my mother at Brookdale. The facilities are always clean and the staff takes the time to get to know each resident so that their care can be individualized to meet the needs of each member of the Brookdale community.

My mother has been at Brookdale for only THREE months. We agreed to specific rates and they have now increased the rates by over $1000 per month (not a year and with no additional services provided). Beware of their bait and switch tactics and make sure that your contract states exactly when there can be a rate increases. We are looking elsewhere now.

The place is lovely woman and Welcome into your family members. But the hitting cost are ridiculous and seems to be only concerned with how much money they can get time you charge over $700 to take a family out on a smoke break My advice is to always ask for any hidden costs and fees that are not discussed when looking for a home with your family members

With the recent snowstorm, Brookdale again demonstrated its commitment to the people entrusted to their care. Management and staff stayed overnight during the storm to ensure residents would be cared for without disruption to their routines. This was yet another challenge well managed. Thank you for all you do in caring for our family members.
