I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Approximately two months ago, I was offered a full-time CNA position and was genuinely excited about the opportunity. I attended multiple interviews, provided all requested documentation, completed a background check, and made myself fully available for work. I clearly communicated that I was flexible with scheduling and willing to work a variety of shifts to meet the agency’s needs. Unfortunately, after the job offer, communication became almost nonexistent. I called numerous times seeking updates and was repeatedly told that someone would contact me, but no one ever followed through. Despite being assured that orientation and client assignments would be arranged, nothing ever materialized. What is most frustrating is that I relied on the information provided to me and passed on other employment opportunities while waiting for this position to begin. If there were no available clients or if circumstances had changed, I would have appreciated honest and direct communication. Yet they are still posting online they are hiring caregivers, nurses aided etc I have worked in healthcare for approximately 14 years and understand that staffing situations can change. However, professionalism, transparency, and respect for people’s time should remain a priority. I was left waiting for months without clear answers or follow-up. After being told I was going to get my orientation and offered the position even told there was a few clients and they will look which one was available. I do not need being trained or anything I have Gov certifications training and licenses+ university education. I hope management reviews its hiring and communication practices so future applicants are treated with greater professionalism and respect.
