Can't give a 0 i have had emergencies and when trying to reach my coordinator he never calls back. Work 7 days no days off. Get overwhelmed and when you need a day covered they dont do anything about it. They also dont notify patients that we are not nurses. We dont get payed enough to do what thy ask us too. But yet if you dont show up and have it on record they will call lik crazy. Very unprofessional people.

This place was cool and I loved the old workers they used to be so cool and fun to talk to when I would go visit the office but these new workers are horrible I been with them for years and my client has been with them for years other agencies have tried to have us switch over but out of loyalty we stick with Alegre but this lady from HR payroll Holly is a horrible person she doesn’t know how to communicate she doesn’t know how to explain herself. I thought we were their to help the person even though my client has asked me to go and I go from 8 Am - 7 pm to go help her but yet I don’t get paid for extra hours I don’t ask to get paid but I go above and beyond for my client but yet this job treats their workers like we are nothing especially that Holly lady I guess she loves to have power because I hear she’s a power control person. She is a horrible person and makes that place sound bad. Becareful with her she might just steal your hours and not pay you.

It’s crazy how you can be with a company for years and they say they are about the patient that’s a lie my patient ask for me when she’s sick sometimes I do more than 4 hours than I’m supposed they say we care for the patient but when it comes down to it they really don’t care whoever is the HR manager she doesn’t know how to do her job or even explain. I would recommend this job to other people and others have went and joined them but I’m just going to tell everyone that I recommend to switch over to another agency because how they now going to pay me for a whole month but my patient keeps asking me to go and help her make that make sense. My client wants me to go everyday but yet this company doesn’t want to pay me. Whoever is managing HR payroll needs to get fired asap they don’t even communicate with you

Very professional staff and caregivers are very friendly. Marcia Quiroz is amazing at what she does and she will help you with absolutely anything you need, she follows up and stays in contact, and because of her the company deserves a 5 star review!
