This team was great to work with. They’ve clearly been caring for local families for a long time, and it shows. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. I didn’t know where to begin in shopping for my uncle, and they gave me the information I needed without any pressure. Very grateful for the guidance.

I was very happy with how they worked with me on my journey to decide the best place for my father who was in early-stage dementia. I was impressed with the unique, boutique memory care cottages they offered and my dad is now thriving for the past 9 months.

I agree with the previous comments. Vineyard Park of Mountlake Terrace, WA has been horribly affected by the CarePartners Management Group. While the staff is kind and well-meaning, the corporate pressure has left them with poor staffing and budget. Such so that my mother has been given the wrong meds (another patient's!), the food is abysmal (!) and they have failed to properly submit the LTC reimbursement forms so many times I could scream. The LTC insurance company has had to "close" the claim twice. Corporate profiteering has definitely affected this facility negatively. Plus, there's no where to turn. The DOH doesn't feel these issues (poor in quality and low calorie diet) is their issue. I'm pretty sure what I'll hear from the AG.
