Since the beginning of the Patio Homes Development, Mission Hills apartments are not being maintained. Floorings and carpets buckling. No furnace filter changes, toilets run. It's very frustrating since the rent increases and services decrease.

I've been here 5 years, love the pool in the summer and weekly Tuesday coffee and donuts! There's a lot to do if you want like trips and dinners.
