My dad was there(in a walker with some vascular dementia, which they knew about when he was moved there apparently taking him in for the money bc the place is not safe for this type of patient) and they let him wander off the grounds then fell and hit his head. A person (not from the facility) found him unconscious and called 911<br>He was taken to hospital with a brain bleed among other injuries. He then had to be placed in a nursing home (where he eventually passed away) bc the injuries to his brain made it impossible for him to return to an assisted living facility. No one at The courtyards stopped him from wandering off and no one even knew he was missing. The place is a death trap. It's a very old building with stairways that anyone can access. The staff person at the door was totally disinterested in who left or came back.

DONOT PUT ANY LOVED ONE IN THAT "DEATH HOLE"..... ITS NOT A CARING PLACE AT ALL....ITS OWNED BY SOME UNCARING, MONEY HUNGRY, PRIVATE ENTITY 'MAGGOTS'.....THEY ONLY PUSH PILLS, LIE 100%OF THE TIME ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE. I NEVER AGREED TO HAVE MY DAD PLACE ANYWHERE AS WHAT WAS AGREED UPON KNOWING FULL WELL NOT ONE "HOME" GIVES A HOOT WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR LOVED ONE. DAD WAS NOT PROPERLY CARED FOR AND THE JOINT POWER OF ATTORNEY WAS ILLEGALLY CHANGED BY SOME CROOKED LAWYER AND EVIL SIBLING DUE TO MY REFUSAL TO PUT MY DAD IN ANY HOME. KARMA IS LINING UP PEOPLE. MAY YOU HAVE A HEAVY CASE OF IT. 🙏

My mother lives there and I find the staff to be wonderful. They are great with my mom .<br>I see them doing the best they can since all homes have staffing struggles since Covid occurred.

I TALKED too a very aggressive ( unprofesnal guy named Calven, and was lied too and SCREAMED at during an emergency!) The most insincere guy i ever delt with as I was SCREAMED AT that my mother in law was by herself. SHE WASN'T!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNTIL HE IS FIRED or someone with manners protecting a mule!!!
