I find that there is poor communication between staff and family. I find the head nurse and Director are very unprofessional. I dont trust the way they manipulate the residents and families.

Our loved one started here, before being transferred to Elderwood's long-term care facility. The facility has recently been fully renovated and is lovely. Beautifully appointed, the spaces are bright and elegant, but comfortable and homey. The gathering spaces are terrific and the ability to dine with your loved one is so enjoyable. We found the staff very capable, highly attentive and on top of things. The rooms were also a plus. Great location, nice amenities. Highly recommend.

The apartments are very nice, there are plenty of activities, the dinning Hall has a good menu, and the staff is super friendly and compassionate.
