My mom was at Village Green for physical therapy and rehab after a surgery and some mobility issues. The staff there were wonderful to her. The physical and occupational therapy staff helped her get so much of her strength and mobility back. The facility is super clean and love the cookies and coffee! Great experience!

I love the care that my mom received! Everyone was amazing staff ! My mom loves each and everyone of them . I would recommend this rehab to anyone it’s nice to know that you can leave you love o e and not be concerned! My God bless each and everyone one of them !!!!!

My mom was at Village Green Health and Rehabilitation for almost 1 month…I only gave 1 star because of the great rehab staff and a FEW of the Cna’s and nurses that were nice. Everyone else had terrible attitudes I was scared to even ask for help from some of them. My mom called me several times crying because of how she was treated! They talked to her like she was a child because she spilled something on the floor. I truly feel like some of the staff needs to be trained on hospitality and bedside manner. The facility is beautiful but that’s a waste of time if people with attitudes are employed there! Update: Changed to one star because of the health she was in when discharged. She’s currently in the hospital with infections and severe dehydration! The drs said she should have never been discharged home in her condition. They practically kicked her out anyway. Placing things in the room while I’m trying to get my Mom ready to go. One lady stated “Don’t touch this ,this is for the new resident” Like seriously can you not wait until we’re out of here first?! And also not one Cna offered to help me get her in my car I had to go back inside and ask for help. Of course there was as attitude from one that said “Can she even walk??” Something she should have known if she was taking care of my mom! I Will never place another family member in this place!!! PLEASE DO BETTER!!

These folks really do care about their patients. My elderly sister in law with dementia and 2 broken arms graduated last week! She went from bedridden to walking unassisted in 2 months. Never would have happened without the positive atmosphere these professionals create on a daily basis. Very grateful for you all on returning her to us; not only physically healed, but mentally sharper than she has been in a couple of years.

These folks have taken care of my mother for about a month. My mother was said to be quiet, what? She loved her nurses and the staff. The place was very clean. My mother will come home in about three hours. Thank you.
